The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
