Al Rayyan Makiya Towers Hotel

Otel əla və çox təmizdir və onlar servis xidməti təklif edirlər. Bəzi işçilərin davranışında problem var... Onlar mənə əlavə ödəniş etmədən erkən qeydiyyatdan keçməyə kömək etdilər.

Kassadan çıxmaq istəyəndə qəbul masasından axşama qədər baqajımı orada qoya biləcəyimi soruşdum, onlar imtina etdilər və heç bir kömək etmədilər. Daha sonra lobbi işçiləri ilə uzun bir müzakirə aparmalı oldum və onlar baqajımı yalnız saat 16:00-a qədər saxlamağa razı oldular.

The hotel is great and very clean, and they provide a shuttle. The issue with some of the staff behavior…They helped me to early check in with no extra cost.

When I wanted to checkout, I asked the front desk if I can leave my baggage there until the evening they refused, and weren’t helpful at all. I then had to had a long discussion with the lobby stuff, where they agreed to keep my baggage until only 4pm

Köməksevər və mehriban qəbul heyəti.

Helpful and genial reception staff.

Otağın mənzərəsi xüsusidir

The view of the room is special

Bu günlər ərzində otel tərəfindən təşkil edilən kombinasiyalı servis xidmətindən pulsuz istifadə etdik.

Bu 24 saatlıq xidmət sayəsində Haramda maksimum vaxtımızı keçirdik. Avtobus dayanacaqda idi, içəri çatmaq üçün 7-10 dəqiqədən çox olmayan piyada məsafəsi var idi və biz saat qülləsindən çıxan eskalatorla yuxarı qalxdıq.

We liked everything.

We had a great view from a very large deluxe room for two. Bathroom standard was great 👍 hot water 🚿 and good pressure. Kettle and fridge , towels and amenities on your doorstep.

Staff are very helpful and yeh entire hotel is clean , smells nice and lifts work well.

We arrived on Thursday and left Saturday afternoon. Throughout these days we used a combination shuttle service arranged by the hotel all free.

Spent our maximum time in Haram because of this 24 hour service . The bus stopped sat a good walking distance of no more than 7-10 mins to reach inside and we exited up the escalator out of clock tower.
