Due to the remote location, boat transfers and the daily meal plan are mandatory and must be booked and prepaid. To guarantee boat transfers, guests must contact the property with their itinerary details at least 7 days before their expected arrival. The ferry departs from The Pearl Resort marina daily at 11 AM and 4:30 PM and departs from Beqa Island at 10:00 AM daily. Guests planning to arrive after 4:30 PM are advised to book an overnight stay in Pacific Harbour until services resume the next day. No boat operations take place after dark. Optional roundtrip shuttle transportation from Nadi Airport (approximately 3 hours) or Suva Airport (approximately 2 hours) to Pacific Harbour is available on request (surcharge).
