There is no front desk at this property. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 8:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with special check-in instructions and lockbox information. • You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).

If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent.
