The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 9:00 AM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• The seasonal pool will be open from March 01 to May 31.
• Reservations are required for spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the tentalow prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 10 years old and younger are not permitted at this property.

This property is closed from April 11 2025 to April 28 2025 (dates subject to change). The property will be renovating from April 18 2025 to April 20 2025 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours. Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.
