Unmarried couples are not accepted in our hotel. Guests with different last names are required to present a marriage certificate.
Alcohol is not sold in our facility, and the use of common areas is not permitted.
Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out time is at 11:00 on the departure day.
Our female and male guests use separate pools.
Pools for male guests are partially open and partially closed.
Pools for female guests are completely enclosed.
Wearing a swimming cap is mandatory in the pools, and caps obtained from the hotel are charged at 30TL.
The private family bath costs 200TL per hour.
For reservation date changes, the availability of our rooms and the price on the date of change are taken into consideration.
All guests are required to present identification in accordance with Turkish Republic laws upon check-in. One child aged 0-6 and one child aged 7-12 are free with two adults, and a second child aged 7-12 receives a 50% discount. Full fare is charged for children without identification.
Children’s ages are calculated based on the day/month/year.
Breakfast taken for early check-ins and dinner on the departure day are extra charges.
Boys over the age of 6 cannot use the women-only areas, and girls over the age of 6 cannot use the men-only areas.
Guests are required to comply with our dress code in general areas due to the concept of our hotel.
A fee of $5 is charged for a lost key card.
On the day of arrival, a complimentary tea, coffee, herbal tea set, and 1.5 liters of water are provided in the rooms once. Further requests will be charged extra.
