To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Guests must arrive at Racha Lounge, next to Chalong Pier, 30 minutes prior to boat departure (surcharge). Racha Lounge is located at 42/12-13 Moo 5, Rawai, Muang, Phuket 83130, approximately 60 minutes from Phuket International Airport. The boat from Chalong Bay to Racha departs at 11:30 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM. Guests landing in Phuket after 2:30 PM are advised to book a local hotel room. The return boat from Racha to Chalong Bay, departs at 8 AM, 11 AM, and 3 PM. Guests must reserve boat transfer at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability and weather conditions).
