For guests staying at hotel in Tawau or Semporna, pick-ups are available upon request. Please note that last minute transfer changes cannot be accommodated. Guests are kindly requested to inform the resort 7 days in advance of their flight details/pick up details. Unscheduled Transfer Charges: Additional charges apply per way for both land and sea transfers. In the event of festivals or functions in Semporna town or bad weather conditions, boat timings may be re-scheduled to depart earlier from the island.
