  A dream of luxury and hospitality - The Ritz-Carlton, Muscat

  My stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Muscat was simply perfect and an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by a team that embodies hospitality at the highest level.

  Although check-in was officially only at 3 p.m., we were given a room at 9 a.m. - a remarkable service that shows how much attention is paid to the needs of guests here.

  The architecture of the hotel is impressive - an elegant combination of modern elegance and traditional Omani elements. The rooms are spacious, luxuriously furnished and offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Oman. The comfortable beds, which ensure a restful night, are particularly noteworthy.

  The culinary offering is first-class. Every meal was a delight - from the exquisite international dishes to the authentic Omani specialties. The quality and freshness of the food in particular deserve recognition.

  This hotel is the epitome of luxury and a place I would return to at any time. A big thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable stay!

  Mein Aufenthalt im Ritz-Carlton in Muscat war schlichtweg perfekt und ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Vom Moment meiner Ankunft an wurde ich von einem Team empfangen, das Gastfreundschaft auf höchstem Niveau verkörpert.

  Obwohl der Check-in offiziell erst um 15 Uhr war, wurde uns bereits um 9 Uhr ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt – ein bemerkenswerter Service, der zeigt, wie sehr hier auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen wird.

  Die Architektur des Hotels ist beeindruckend – eine elegante Kombination aus moderner Eleganz und traditionellen omanischen Elementen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, luxuriös eingerichtet und bieten atemberaubende Ausblicke auf den Golf von Oman. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die komfortablen Betten, die für eine erholsame Nacht sorgen.

  Das kulinarische Angebot ist erstklassig. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss – von den exquisiten internationalen Gerichten bis hin zu den authentischen omanischen Spezialitäten. Besonders die Qualität und Frische der Speisen verdienen Anerkennung.

  Dieses Hotel ist der Inbegriff von Luxus und ein Ort, an den ich jederzeit zurückkehren würde. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

  Our stay with my husband at Al Bustan was magnificent. Magnificent hotel (with an absolutely majestic reception), clean and with staff available, helpful and always attentive.
  A magnificent setting (especially the swimming pool with the beach nearby) perfect for a couple or even a family.
  We took the formula with breakfast included: the latter was excellent with once again attentive staff. A little note and thought for Redouane present at reception who provided excellent advice and was very helpful, whom we warmly thank.

  Notre séjour avec mon mari au Al Bustan fut magnifique. Hôtel magnifique (avec une réception absolument majestueuse), propre et avec un personnel disponible, serviable et toujours à l’écoute.
  Un cadre magnifique (notamment la piscine avec la plage à proximité) parfait pour un couple ou même une famille.
  Nous avons pris la formule avec petit déjeuner inclus : ce dernier était excellent avec encore une fois un personnel aux petits soins. Petite note et pensée pour Redouane présent à la réception qui a été d’excellent conseil et très serviable, que nous remercions chaleureusement.
