  The hotel is located 5/7 min away from the entry of the masjid; easy access from the hotel.
  The breakfast is delicious, great variety and amazing quality.
  The staff was very helpful and friendly.

  Very good stay at Jumeirah

  We had a great stay.
  The hotel is very well located 3/4 minutes walk from the haram.
  The rooms are very comfortable, cleaning is done twice a day.
  A plate of fruit is provided in the room.
  The breakfast is very varied and very good.
  The receptionists are at your disposal.
  Please note that tower 1 is the one closest to the haram (the hotel has 4 towers).
  Paying for breakfast on site is cheaper than taking a package with breakfast included.

  Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
  L’hôtel est très bien placé à 3/4 minutes à pied du haram.
  Les chambres sont très confortables, le nettoyage se fait 2 fois par jour.
  On vous met à disposition une assiette de fruits dans la chambre.
  Le petit-déjeuner est très varié et très bon.
  Les réceptionnistes sont à votre écoute.
  À savoir que la tour 1 est celle qui est la plus proche du haram ( l’hôtel possède 4 tours).
  Payer le petit-déjeuner sur place est moins cher que de prendre une formule avec petit-déjeuner inclus.

  Excellent hotel in a prime location with first-class service

  I had the great pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah and it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. Not only is the hotel exceptionally clean and well maintained, but it also offers an impressive level of comfort and luxury that is unmatched.

  I would like to particularly highlight the staff who were friendly, professional and extremely helpful at all times. Every member of staff I encountered was committed to making my stay as pleasant as possible.

  A special shout out goes to Imran Choudry in the kitchen. His friendly and courteous manner and his commitment to guest satisfaction are simply outstanding. He made sure that every culinary wish was fulfilled and his hospitality made the stay even more memorable.

  The location of the hotel is ideal, the rooms are modern and elegantly decorated and the food selection is simply fantastic. If you want to have an unforgettable time in Makkah, the Jumeirah Jabal Omar is definitely the place to go.

  Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, im Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah zu übernachten, und es war eine absolut perfekte Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Das Hotel ist nicht nur außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt, sondern bietet auch ein beeindruckendes Maß an Komfort und Luxus, das seinesgleichen sucht.

  Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal, das jederzeit freundlich, professionell und äußerst hilfsbereit war. Jeder Mitarbeiter, dem ich begegnet bin, war bestrebt, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

  Ein besonderes Lob geht an Imran Choudry aus der Küche. Seine freundliche und zuvorkommende Art sowie sein Engagement für die Zufriedenheit der Gäste sind einfach herausragend. Er hat dafür gesorgt, dass jeder kulinarische Wunsch erfüllt wurde, und seine Gastfreundschaft hat den Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht.

  Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, die Zimmer sind modern und elegant eingerichtet, und die Auswahl an Speisen ist einfach fantastisch. Wer eine unvergessliche Zeit in Makkah erleben möchte, ist im Jumeirah Jabal Omar definitiv an der richtigen Adresse.
