The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [Tsunago 170-1]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and key retrieval information. This property does not provide shower or bathing facilities. Guests may use a nearby hot spring facility (surcharge). Transportation to the hot spring is not provided. Please note: There are no bed frames or mattresses available. Sleeping bags are provided. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 7 PM to receive dinner. Guests with Room Only plan must book meals in advance.
