The front desk is open daily from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• A tax is imposed by the city: From 16 September - 30 June, EUR 1.25 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 17 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 July - 15 September, EUR 1.40 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 17 years of age.
• Tourism fee: EUR 0.70 per person, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 7 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
