Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 2:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Check-in ends at 7 PM Monday-Friday, 6 PM on Saturday, and 5 PM on Sunday and public holidays. Guests arriving after check-in hours can notify staff of their arrival using the call button on the premises.
