Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. All guests, including children, must present either a valid physical passport or Singapore's National Registration Identity Card at check-in. Up to 4 guests per booking arriving to Sentosa Island by car or taxi guests can present their reservation confirmation at the main gate to enter the island without an entrance fee. Up to 4 guests per booking arriving to Sentosa Island via the Sentosa Express monorail can present their reservation confirmation at the ticketing counter (VivoCity, Lobby L, Level 3) to receive a QR code valid for a ride into the island at no cost. The ticketing counter closes at 6 PM. The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation.
