There's no entertainment for kids 9-16yrs
There should be actual staff taking guests to cable cars. In snow there's no way to get there as paths are full of snow and dogs on route. You don't know if they are friendly or wild dogs.
We stayed during heavy snow in christmas period.
No kettle in room with tea/coffee. I would expect that as bare minimum for price paid

The only downside is the waiter Marko was asking for tips quite a few times which makes it awkward when there is such high expectations but he was an exception and all the other staff did not do so and acted professionally. The tip demand from him didn’t really match the rest of the chilled vibe. Only the fries were a bit like frozen chips found in basic supermarkets but it wasn’t bad, we just expected more.
The cleaning team might need reminders to clean but are fine generally.
The normal rooms didn’t have tea or coffee, only water so you have to buy it at the restaurant . The restaurant is embedded in the hotel so it is easy to sit down and order until late, You can request hot water at the restaurant however.

Very rude waiter staff, especially the younger men. Unhelpful, aggressive, refuse to take your order, tell you the restaurant is closed even if its not, makes you feel quiet uncomfortable

Heating is catastrophic! We couldn't go on holiday in the summer. Therefore, the swimming pool was very important. But every time we went swimming, we froze! A 5-star hotel 🌟 but the pool (also the restaurant and children's playroom) was cold. My son had to play in the playroom with a jacket, swim in the pool for 15 minutes, then had to get dressed and go to the room because it was cold.

The staff on the first 4 days were unfriendly (a male waiter and a woman who was serving in the restaurant), rude. Other staff (reception, cleaning team, other kitchen workers) were very friendly. From the 4th day onwards, I didn't see this male waiter anymore. The new one was also very good and professional.

Heizung ist Katastrophal! Wir konnten im Sommer kein Ferien machen. Daher war Schwimmbad(Pool) sehr wichtig. Jedes Mal aber, wann wir zum Schwimmen gegangen sind, haben dort gefroren! Ein Hotel mit 5 Sterne 🌟 aber Pool (auch Restaurant und Kinderspielraum) war kalt. Mein Sohn sollte im Spielzimmer mit Jacke spielen, im Pool 15 min schwimmen, dann musste anziehen und ins Zimmer, da es kalt war.

Personal erste 4 Tage war unfreundlich (eine männliche Kellner und eine Frau, welche im Restaurant am bedienen war), frech. Andere Personal (Rezeption, Reinigungsteam, andere Küchenarbeitern) waren sehr freundlich. Ab 4. Tage habe ich diese männliche Kellner nicht mehr gesehen. Neue war auch sehr gut und professionell.

There could be a kettle of tea etc. in the room. Since the weather is cold, one might need a hot drink.

- the children's playroom was unfortunately not accessible, apparently it was broken.

- There was no water at breakfast,
- in a 4-star hotel you should offer water to the guests
- they charged almost 5 euros for 0.75 liters of water. You pay a lot of money for the upkeep, why should the guests leave a fortune for water? And that's why I find it disrespectful

- Es gab beim Frühstück kein wasser,
- bei einem Hotel mit 4 sternen sollte man den gästen schon wasser anbieten
- für 0.75 Liter wasser haben die knapp 5 euro verlangt . Man bezahlt für den unterhalt schon sehr viel geld wieso sollten die die gäste ein vermögen fürs wasser da lassen. Und deshalb finde ıch es respektlos

Worst hotel for the price:
1. Majority of the staff seem annoyed snd angry by our presence despite being paying guests. Only good staff member was Ivana. Everyone else was either unhelpful or rude!
2. Have to pay extra for absolutely everything including have to pay 30 euro a night extra from them to open up the sofa bed that's already in the room!! They said they count it as an extra bed.
3. We stayed 3 nights and they did not make up the room and change bedsheets on any of the days we were there
4. Very poor service in the restaurant..takes at least an hour for the food to come out and therefore usually it is cold as well as being extremely over priced
5. Far away from everything and very little transport access to get anywhere.
6. In a Serbian area and so taxis from the centre are reluctant to travel there
7. The WiFi is patchy comes and goes
8. The spa isn't really open
9. No help with suitcases on arrival
10. Only 1 member of cleaning staff
The list could go on. Do not stay here if you want to have a good time in Sarajevo with family.

We arrived here at night and there was no one welcoming us except for a security guard who gave us the keys and spoke no english. The rooms were VERY dirty. Hair everywhere, the floors were not vacuumed, the glasses were full of stains and the requested third bed was not there. Since everything was so dirty and there was NO service available, we were forced to use the blankets as sheets and slept with NO blankets. it was the worst night at a hotel we ever had!!!

The next day we friendly told them about everything and showed them pictures and they assured us they will clean it up. We came back to the rooms and it looked the same and even WORSE! They had the audacity to fold the dirty towels and just put them back, we were VERY disgusted. The sheets weren't changed and we immediately told the reception again on the same day. Only after the third time someone came and cleaned it up.

The worst part: the service at the reception did not offer us ANY type of compensation. Not another room, nor a refund or anything else. Instead they LIED and said that we
