The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5-10 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
