Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Please note that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if staying at the transit hotel. Guests should ensure the luggage is checked at Level 5, proceed through immigration, present your flight boarding pass, and access the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 1.
