Up to 4 guests per booking arriving to Sentosa Island via the Sentosa Express monorail can present their reservation confirmation at the ticketing counter (VivoCity, Lobby L, Level 3) to receive a QR code valid for a ride into the island at no cost. The ticketing counter closes at 6 PM. The name on the photo identification presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation.
