A damage deposit of 5000 TL is requested upon check-in.
A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for stays under 7 nights.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An extra fee of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals after 22:00.
The pool area of the villa is secluded and not visible from the outside. The villa owner is not responsible if the pool area becomes visible due to third-party factors (such as drone flights, paragliders, aircraft, etc.). Additionally, it cannot be guaranteed that every corner of the garden area is 100% invisible. Privacy is guaranteed only for the pool and sunbathing areas.
