For stays under 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 4000 TL is requested.

In our region, which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on the slope. For this reason, it is uphill on the way to our villas.
The pool area of the villa is sheltered and not visible from the outside. The owner of the villa is not responsible if the pool area is visible due to third parties (drone flying, parachute and trike passing, etc.). In addition, it cannot be guaranteed that every corner in the garden area of the villa is 100% invisible. Privacy is guaranteed only for the pool and sunbathing areas.
