A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for stays under 7 nights.
A damage deposit of 5000 TL is requested at check-in.
The heating system in the outdoor pool of our villa is activated for 2500 TL per day. The outdoor pool water temperature reaches 24–27 degrees. Guests must notify their pool heating request at least 7 days before the check-in date.
Pets are not allowed.
Pool heating can be used either fully on or fully off throughout the stay. Partial opening and closing during the stay is not available.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in Kalkan and its surroundings are built on slopes. Therefore, you will need to go uphill when going to our villas.
Check-in time to the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An extra €50 fee is charged for arrivals after 22:00.
