IMPORTANT NOTES
As this villa is located in Üzümlü Village in the hills above Kalkan, the road to reach the villa may be unsurfaced. A vehicle may be required to reach the villa.
A cleaning fee of 600 TL will be charged for stays less than 7 nights.
Check-in to villa is between 16:00 and 22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, extra 30 Euro will be charged.
Starting from October 1, pool heating is free of charge ، From April to September, pool heating fee is 500TL
Although there is a high degree of privacy from an outside eye, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in situations where a third party is involved (drone flying, parachute and plane passing by, etc.). Also, we cannot guarantee 100% privacy in each area of this villa. We mainly guarantee seclusion for the pool and sunbathing area of the pool.
Please note, for bookings made between October - December, only 1 bedroom will be available for use under honeymoon concept.
