NOTE: The last 400 metres of the road leading to the villa is a gravel road (not asphalt).
A cleaning fee of 3500 TL is charged for rentals of 5 nights or less.
A damage deposit of 3000 TL is required upon arrival at the villa.
The heating system for the indoor pool in our villa can be activated for a daily fee of 1600 TL upon request. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees. Guests must inform us 3 days in advance if they wish to have the pool heated.
Pool heating can be used continuously throughout the stay, either fully on or fully off. It is not possible to turn the heating on or off for less than the duration of the stay.
Due to the geographical structure of our region, which is mountainous, all our villas in Kalkan and the surrounding area are built on slopes. Therefore, you will have to climb uphill to reach our villas.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An additional fee of €30 will be charged for check-ins after 22:00.
