NOTE 1: The last 50 meters of the road leading to the villa is concrete and steep.
NOTE 2: After the vehicle parking area, approximately 35 steps must be climbed to reach the villa entrance.
A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required upon check-in.
For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning fee of 8,000 TL is charged.
The indoor pool heating service is offered for 1,750 TL per day. The pool temperature can reach 27–30°C. Guests must inform us of their pool heating requests at least 3 days before their arrival date.
Pool heating can be used fully on or fully off throughout the stay. Partial on/off usage for shorter periods is not available.
If underfloor heating is requested, it is activated for an additional fee of 1,750 TL per day.
Due to the mountainous geographical structure of our region, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on slopes. Therefore, there is an uphill road when going to our villas.
Villa check-in time is between 16:00 and 22:00. For arrivals after 22:00, an additional 30 Euro fee is charged.
