The room was spacious and clean, the furniture was New, bathroom was nice and big. Floor employees are very kind and hard working.Access to room is easy and elevators are not busy

The location of the hotel is excellent. The breakfast is very varied and very generous. The staff takes great care. The bedding is very comfortable.

Conrad hotel is amazing. Great location, only few minutes walk from masjid Al Haram. It has a connected prayer hall so if you are with children and cannot go to every prayers you can easily pray at the hotel as if you were in the masdjid al Haram. The staff is very kind and caring. The hotel is clean and the restaurant has a variety of food. On top of that the hotel has access to a small shopping mall which is great. Room was very spacious.

Superior Room, 2 Queen Beds - 9.7EXCELLENT 5* Hotel choice for Umrah
The beautiful Oud and Bakhoor smell was AMAZING. On entrance, exit and each floor of the hotel.
We chose hotel half board option, so hotel offered an EXCELLENT buffet choice of breakfast and dinner. You can pay for lunch buffet, which again was a great buffet choice.
Literally 5 to 10 minute walk to the Haram. This hotel wasn't super busy like the others at and near the Fairmont clock tower.
WiFi & Lifts all working fine.

Hotel very very clean and the bathroom/toilet was definitely 5*.
Premier Suite was literally like an apartment.....Very spacious!
Definitely recommend this hotel and would most certainly stay again.
