The hotel only offers an All-inclusive, All-Exclusive experience.

Alcohol is not available in Saudi Arabia.

According to the hotel’s concept, check-in time is at 15:00, check-out time is at 12:00. After check-out, guests are no longer entitled to use the hotel’s facilities and if guests wish to stay longer at the hotel’s premises, additional charges apply.

All rooms, suites, and villas are strictly non-smoking.

Turndown service may be available only upon request.

Rixy Kids Club schedule is subject to change.

The timetable and location of outdoor entertainment programs may be subject to change or cancellation due to weather conditions and commitment.

The brands included in the beverage concept may be changed to equivalents due to possible changes in customs rules, regulations, and others independent of the hotel reasons.

When attending Exclusive Sports Club classes, please bring your own towel and be in the activity area 5 minutes in advance.

Waterpark/Slide/Pool operations may vary depending on weather conditions.

Age limit:

Check-in age is 18 years old and above.

Exclusive Sports Club minimum age requirement is 16 years old and above.

Rixy Kids Club and Kids Exclusive Sports Club age limit is 4 to 12 years old.

The Spa’s age requirement is 16 years old and above.
