Atlas Beach Hotel has two outdoor pools: one for ladies-only and one for mixed-gender. The ladies-only pool is fully-secluded and has water slides, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. Modest swimwear is allowed. The mixed-gender pool has water slides, adjacent kids pool, kids water slides, toddler slide and pool-side snacks. Modest swimwear is compulsory. There are also two separate wellness & spa centres, one for ladies-only and one for men-only, both having a sauna, steam room, hammam and massage room. Swimwear is compulsory in the ladies-only wellness & spa centre and modest swimwear is mostly observed in the men-only wellness & spa centre.

At Atlas Beach Hotel, children enjoy a great range of both permanent and seasonal activities and facilities including a kids' club, playground, entertainment staff, kids' activities, kids' animation shows, kids' evening entertainment, kids' mini disco, kids' pool, water slides, high chairs and painting.
