Constance Ephelia

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The place is amazing, beyond our expectations! We were upgraded to a suite, they had prepared non-alcoholic champagne and fruit for us, offered a discount on a spa massage, and even set up a special table for our last breakfast. The restaurants are all delicious, all the chicken and beef are halal, from breakfast to dinner. The chef came to greet us every time, and as soon as we spoke French, several servers went out of their way to be attentive. In short, it was indescribable and unparalleled. We're already planning our next stay here! (And the north beach is undoubtedly the most beautiful on the island, especially for snorkeling at this time of year.)

La gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. Le lieu est incroyable au delà de nos espérances! Nous avons été surclassés en suite, on nous avait préparé un champagne sans alcool et des fruits, on nous a offert une réduction pour un massage au spa et on nous a même préparé une table spéciale pour notre dernier petit dej. Les restaurants sont tous délicieux, tout le poulet t boeuf halal, du petit dej au dîner. On avait le chef qui venait nous saluer à chaque fois, dès qu’on parle français plusieurs serveur venaient au petit soin. Bref inexplicable et inégalable. Nous prévoyons déjà notre prochain séjour ici ! (Et la plage du nord est indiscutablement la plus belle de l’île surtout por le Snorkeling à cette période)

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Everything was perfect. No specific women's facilities, but nice. Good food. Almost all the meat was halal.

Très bel hôtel, personnel très sympa. Tout était parfait. Pas d’équipement pour femmes à proprement parlé mais sympa. Bon repas. Quasi toute la viande halal

We had a wonderful stay at the Constance Ephelia with our two young children (3 years old and 7 months old).
The facilities are impeccable, as is the staff, who were always attentive and ready to answer all our questions. The complex is huge; we didn't see everything in four days.

The buffet and restaurants were very good, and the meat is halal (there is pork, but it is always separate and clearly marked). The food is cooked on separate burners, and the utensils are washed after each use. There wasn't a drop of alcohol in our room.

Our daughter fell ill while we were there, but the doctor was very competent and attentive, reassuring, and readily available. Our daughter recovered in two days. The kids' club was excellent too, with lots of very interesting activities for children.

The beaches were very pretty, each day offering a different look (depending on the time of day, the tide, the sun, the presence of seaweed, etc.).
Many very pleasant swimming pools.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au constance Ephelia avec nos deux enfants en bas âge (3 ans et 7 mois)
Les infrastructures sont irréprochables, tout comme le personnel toujours aux petits soins et prêts à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Le complexe est immense, nous n’avons pas tout vu de l’hôtel en 4 jours.
Le buffet et les resto étaient très bons, la viande est halal (il y a du porc mais il est toujours séparé du reste et toujours très bien indiqué)
Les cuissons se font sur des plaques différentes et les ustensiles sont lavés à chaque passage. Il n’y avait pas une goutte d’alcool dans notre chambre.
Notre fille est tombée malade sur place, le médecin très compétent et très à l’écoute a su être rassurant et très disponible, notre fille était guérie en 2 jours.
Le kids club était excellent aussi avec beaucoup d’activités très intéressantes pour les enfants
Les plages étaient très jolies, chaque jour avec un visage différent (selon l’heure, la marée, le soleil, les algues ou non,…)
Beaucoup de piscines très agréables

First of all, let me say that this is a place where you can spend your entire vacation on the island. I'll put the most important thing to note first. The hotel grounds are so large that you don't have much opportunity to go out during the day. Therefore, be sure to look for options that include at least half-board. The hotel has two beaches. In July, the south beach was wavy, but the north beach was wonderful. The restaurants are generally located on the south side of the hotel. It's a good idea to arrange your accommodation accordingly in advance. However, buggy transportation is available between the south and north beaches. They didn't mention halal certification, but they said that non-pork foods are halal. The hotel's WhatsApp line responds to your requests and questions very quickly. The kids' club is adequate. The sea is perfect.

Otel arazisi o kadar buyuk ki gunluk disari cikma imkaniniz pek yok . O yuzden mutlaka en az yarim pansiyon dahil seceneklere bakin. Otelin iki plaji var. Temmuzda guney plaj dalgali kuzey plaj harikaydi. Yemek yerleri genelde otelin guney kisminda . Kalacaginiz yeri onceden buna gore ayarlamakta fayda var. Yine de buggy ile guney ve kuzey arasi ulasim saglaniyor. Helal et konusunda seltifika belirtmediler ama pork olmayan gidalarin helal oldugunu soylediler. Otelin whatsapp hatti isteklerinizi ve sorularinizi cok hizli karsiliyor. Cocuk kulubu yeterli. Deniz mukemmel
