When we first entered the room, there was a musty smell. We called reception and reported the situation. Within 15-20 minutes, they changed our room to a better one. We would like to thank the staff for their helpfulness.
Odaya ilk girdiğimizde odamızda rutubet kokusu vardı. Resepsiyonu arayıp durumu bildirdik. 15-20 dk içerisinde odamızı daha iyi bir oda ile değiştirdiler. Personellerin ilgisinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz.
