The staff is very nice, especially Brother Dhahi at the reception, very friendly, understanding and helpful, and also Brother Ahmed from the car rental company at the hotel.

Resort was very clean, cleanliness maintained all day. Air con was very cold which was perfect

Staff throughout were very nice and welcoming. They gave us connecting rooms even though we made two bookings separately as the availability was there.
Breakfast was nice and room service efficient. The beach was really enjoyable, the sand soft and even though we were approaching the khareef season, the waves weren't too strong due to the protective rocks. Pools were also nice and plenty of space for guests, variety of pools was convenient for families with young kids and even babies.
The nearby waterpark was small but good enough for a few hours of entertainment. Not too busy and enough variety to cater for babies and young teenagers.
We went over the days of the Eid Holiday, and so there was an alcohol restriction which was welcome.
