The staff were so friendly, kind, and attentive that I don't want to upset them by writing negative reviews about the hotel. The location is bad; there are no shops or markets nearby. The beach is bad; we didn't even go in the sea once.
We went to some secluded coves.
The ladies' pool was very clean.
There's no soda at the hotel; it's a halal hotel, but they serve boycotted drinks.
The food variety is limited, but it's delicious and clean; they just need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the dishes.
There are no activities at the hotel. Children get their faces painted and play games, but there are no activities for adults.
We used the hotel for accommodation; we went to other places for the beach, and in the evening we went to Alanya city center to explore.

As a solo female traveler, I was very welcome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Although the ladies' pool was a little small, the conversation and the ladies' gatherings held every two days were wonderful. I especially want to thank Ms. Neslihan, who was by the pool and organized the evening activities. I had a lovely week-long vacation in a family atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy, and are cleaned upon request. Towels are changed upon request. Overall, despite being a 3-star hotel, I was very satisfied. When the ladder in the mixed pool broke, repairs were carried out within 1-2 days.

Özellikle havuz başında olan ve akşam aktiviteleri yapan Neslihan Hanıma çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Aile ortamında geçen bir hafta güzel bir tatil geçirdim. Odalar temiz ve düzenli, istek üzerine temizleniyor. Havlular istek üzerine değiştiriliyor. Genel olarak 3 yıldız olmasına rağmen çok memnun kaldım. Karışık havuzda merdiven bozulunca 1-2 gün içinde onarım çalışmaları yapıldı.
