We would like to thank the Hyatt Regency Kotor family for providing us with wonderful service during our first holiday abroad with our baby. If we come again, we will stay at this hotel again. It was a great kindness to give us a special welcome cake and souvenirs when we left. It was the most beautiful hotel we stayed in.

This has been the best hotel experience for us and we are extremely hard to please. The staff went far and beyond to accommodate us. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and it felt like a homely environment even though it is a 5* star resort. The hotel was beautifully located and had top facilities and amenities. We even received a free upgrade to the room with a hot tub. The amenities offered at this hotel were by far the most superior. We even received a souvenir gift on our last night. We were always able to ask for anything and advice on travel and they were more than willing to help. The breakfast was also very lovely and efficient. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh. The indoor pool was beautiful and there were plenty of spa facilities. Ahmet at the spa reception was also very nice and helpful. The staff were attentive and always smiling and greeting whenever you meet them. The hotel beach was lovely too but was not the season to use it. The surrounding area was very peaceful and accessible. The bus stop was right opposite the hotel, there was a fully equipped supermarket next to the hotel as soon as you come out. Thank you for everything!! :)
