The cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast is superb. The location is central.
There were a few hiccups but what we loved was the staff went out of their way to rectify errors and apologise. Amazing breakfast where staff will tell you which items are halal. So many healthy options and good quality pancakes that the kids loved making themselves in the machine and eating fresh. Staff are professional and super friendly and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel . It's not perfect but they do try their best with customer service. Hotel was the best part of our stay
