The front desk is open daily from 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and smart lock details. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 5.76 per accommodation, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 25.00 per night
