Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, but there are a few things that could be improved. The bed in the room was uncomfortable, and the mattress definitely needs replacing. There was no iron in the room; we had to ask for one at reception. The room cleaning was very poor – the balcony was never swept, even though a lot of sand had accumulated there. Furthermore, the halal food only offered one type of sausage; everything else was pork or not halal.
On the other hand, there were also positive aspects: a beautiful sea view, consistently polite staff at reception who were available 24/7. The sea and nearby beaches are stunning, and the local tavernas serve delicious fish.
Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Das Bett im Zimmer war unbequem, die Matratze müsste schon längst ausgetauscht werden. Ein Bügeleisen gab es im Zimmer nicht, wir mussten extra an der Rezeption danach fragen. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war sehr schlecht – der Balkon wurde nie gefegt, obwohl sich dort bereits sehr viel Sand angesammelt hatte. Außerdem gab es beim Halal-Essen nur eine Sorte Wurst, alles andere war Schweinefleisch oder nicht halal.
Gleichzeitig gab es auch positive Seiten: ein wunderschöner Meerblick, stets höfliches Personal an der Rezeption, das 24/7 verfügbar war. Das Meer und die Strände in der Nähe sind traumhaft, und in den lokalen Tavernen gibt es sehr leckeren Fisch.
