The location and view from the balcony and the rooms was amazing with the pyramids and the new museum lit up and in full view.
But the best part of our stay was the staff at the hotel. Alaa, Yousef, and the team are just amazing. We asked them to organise all of our tours including a day trip to Luxor involving flights and everything was organised perfectly, they even packed us some breakfast items to ensure we didn't go hungry as it was a very early start on that day!
We had a private driver with car, guides and transfers all organised impeccably and the itinerary was just perfect.
We really felt like we were part of the family and were treated as such, with no request too big or small, regardless of the time of day or night.
Thank you to all the hotel staff, especially Ms. Alaa at reception; she was hospitable, helpful, and cheerful. The location is excellent, close to the pyramids and the museum, and suitable for families.

The location is beautiful, it's a quiet and peaceful hotel. The rooms are very clean, and the air conditioning works well. The staff are very hospitable and friendly; they were very helpful. Even though they made us wait for 3 hours at the airport for the transfer, they greeted us with a smile and transferred us to the hotel. We were very pleased and would recommend it ☺️

Otel havalanı transferinde havaalanında bizi 3 saat beklemelerine rağmen güler yüzle karşılayıp bizi otele transfer ettiler. Çok memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz ☺️
The staff were friendly friendly and spoke good English. Laundry service was relatively cheap at a dollar per piece and can be done the same day. Room and bathroom was relatively spacious.
