The staff were very friendly and attentive. Occasionally, minor mistakes occurred, but they were immediately focused on correcting them and improving customer satisfaction. At the hotel, you feel like a guest, not just a customer. Food prices were quite reasonable, but in our opinion, the variety of food was limited.
The sea and water villa were absolutely wonderful.
Çalışanlar oldukça samimi ve ilgiliydi. Bazen küçük hatalar olabiliyordu ancak hemen bu durumu düzeltip müşteri memnuniyetini artırmak üzerine odaklanmışlardı. Otelde kendinizi bir müşteri değil bir misafir olarak görüyorsunuz. Yemek fiyatları oldukça idealdi ancak bize göre yemek çeşitliliği azdı.
