Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification.
