The front desk is open daily from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of CZK 50 (exact amount varies) at check-out.

• Rollaway bed fee: CZK 250 per night
• Bed sheets fee: CZK 50 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels fee: CZK 20 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)
