  Second stay here, I highly recommend ++

  Very clean, family hotel.
  The dishes are tasty and varied.
  The staff is incredible, both available and pleasant. Particularly Islam who cleaned our room perfectly every day.
  A perfect Aqua Park for children.

  Les plats sont savoureux et variés.
  Le personnel est incroyable, à la fois disponible et agréable. Particulièrement Islam qui faisait parfaitement le ménage dans notre chambre chaque jour.
  Un Aqua Park parfait pour les enfants.

  We had great fun as a family

  Magnificent hotel, the children really don't get bored, it is huge, I was skeptical about the food because many say that Egypt and the meals are not very great but this hotel offers varied meals which change everything the days, I am very complicated and I really enjoyed eating.
  You can access the two Pickalbatros hotels which are opposite each other to enjoy the other slides.
  I don't regret this trip at all.
  The staff, whether in the restaurant, slides, swimming pools or housekeeping, are really nice.

  Magnifique hôtel les enfants ne s’ennuient vraiment pas, il est immense, j’étais septique au niveau de la nourriture car beaucoup disent que l’egypte et les repas c’est pas très top mais cet hôtel propose des repas variés qui changent tout les jours, je suis très compliqué et vraiment j’ai pris du plaisir à manger.
  On peut accéder aux deux hôtels Pickalbatros qui sont l’un en face de l’autre pour profiter des autres toboggans.
  Je regrette pas du tout ce voyage.
  Le personnel que ça soit au restaurant aux toboggans aux piscines ou les housekepping sont vraiment gentils.
