Overall a very good family resort with friendly, attentive staff, roomy clean rooms, a large aquapark and varied buffet; good value for families. Halal food is offered, though alcohol is available and swimwear is mixed. Some outdoor pools are unheated.

FranceFirst, the booking with Halal Booking was perfect from start to finish, including the transfers. Everything was perfect.
The hotel price was €2000 cheaper than with other booking sites.
The hotel staff was magnificent, from the receptionist to the housekeeper (Latifa), the entertainment team (Oussama, Mido, DJ, Tito, Momo, Sam, Ismael, Oumi), the three girls at the kids' club, the bartenders, the waiters, etc.
There was a good atmosphere at the hotel with the English, Pakistani, and other guests; everything flowed smoothly.
As a Moroccan living abroad (MRE), unlike some past experiences, I felt very comfortable there. They didn't favor English speakers or anyone else; everyone was treated equally.
Restaurants: Never any wait for a table, the servers clear quickly and are very attentive, always smiling. They don't expect a tip to be helpful and friendly, which is lovely.
For me, the meals are good, although I'm not picky. Every day there are new dishes, and the classics are always available: pizza, pasta, etc., which is excellent.
In the morning, the fresh orange juice and hot msmen are delicious.
The Water Park: Very little waiting for the slides, which is awesome.
