Lovely staff and the food was good! Kids enjoyed the pool
Me and my son had a great time at this hotel. We had nothing to worry about. Great entertainment for families, food was amazing you have 4 restaurants to choose from. I recommend the tagine restaurant.
1. Tasty and varied food. Plenty of choice, delicious tagine, and a pleasant spread across three restaurants.
2. A good location. Right on the beach and promenade, close to the center.
3. A fun slide complex for children. A small water park with various slides and fun play facilities.
1. Lekker en gevarieerd eten. Veel keuze, heerlijke tajine en een prettige verdeling over drie restaurants.
2. Een goed ligging. Direct aan het strand en de boulevard, dichtbij het centrum.
3. Leuk glijbanencomplex voor kinderen. Een kleinschalig waterpark met verschillende glijbanen en leuke speelvoorzieningen.
We loved everything about this resort! From the moment you walk in your are greeted with incredible enthusiasm and excitement to be part of this resort. In our case Hisham the manager and Mohammed were incredible from the moment we walked in, making sure our room was perfectly suited to our needs. Throughout our stay any receptionist we came across was eager and happy to help us with any questions we had, and our departure was so seamless like our check in out.
Food quality is just outstanding, fresh produce, freshly baked or made in front of you and cakes beautifully prepared and presented!! Special mention goes to Karim ( the manager ) Mustapha, Saad and Hamid in Tagine area who tirelessly worked to help each guest they came across. Everyone worked as team here with only one aim making sure every guest is treated with respect and kindness!
The animation team—full of energy, genuinely friendly, and always encouraging without being pushy. From aqua gym to evening shows, they made sure there was never a dull moment. Both adults and children are constantly included.
Cleanliness: Immaculate everywhere—rooms, pools, and dining areas were always spotless.
