The front desk is open daily from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 3:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

• Late check-in fee: EUR 35 for check-in between 7:00 PM and 10:00 AM
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 35 every 4 days
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 10.0 per stay
