  We went to this resort for our babymoon. We took a room with direct access to the beach. The room is very decent, very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Access to the beach is direct from your cabin. The beauty of the landscape is breathtaking. We were worried about mosquitoes, but there is nothing to fear; the staff comes twice a day with a product from a machine, and it is powerful enough that they do not pose a threat during your stay. With the all-inclusive package, you have non-stop access to food and drinks, which is a plus. Everything is halal, of course, which creates a wide choice of meals for people who only eat halal. The staff is really very, very kind! They take great care, even learning your eating habits to pour your drink while you settle in. They always ask for you and adapt very easily to requests. Ps: don't hesitate to bring snorkeling equipment with you instead of renting it on site for the day because there are a lot of fish present all day long.

  Nous nous sommes rendus dans ce complexe hôtelier pour notre babymoon. Nous avons pris une chambre avec accès direct sur la plage. La chambre est très correct, très confortable, la propreté est irréprochable. L’accès à la plage est direct depuis votre cabane. La beauté du paysage est à couper le souffle. Nous avions peur pour les moustiques mais il n’y a aucune crainte à avoir, le personnel passe deux fois par jour avec un produit émanant d’une machine et c’est assez puissant pour qu’ils ne représentent pas une menace pendant votre séjour. Avec la formule all inclusive vous avez un accès non stop à la nourriture et la boisson ce qui est un plus. Tout est halal évidement ce qui créer un large choix de repas pour les personnes mangeant que halal. Le personnel est vraiment très très gentil!! Au petit soin, ils vont jusqu’à apprendre vos habitudes alimentaires pour lancer votre boisson pendant que vous vous installez. Ils demandent toujours après vous et s’adaptent très facilement aux demandes. Ps: n'hésitez pas à ramener avec vous un équipement de snorkeling au lieu de louer sur place à la journée car il a beaucoup de poisson présent toute la journée.

  Best value for money in the Maldives

  It is the second year we go to the Royal Island Resort and we have been 4 times in the Maldives in total.
  This is by far the best price-to-quality-ratio resort in the Maldives. If you look for up-class, pure lavish luxury, go elsewhere. If you are ok with rooms that are not the most up to date one, you will be surprised by their comfort, views, coral reef, food and staff friendliness.

  A special mention to the dive center. Diving in the Maldives is expensive (everywhere), but the diving center staff is among the best I ever dove with (probably the best?).
  They are nice, chill and fun, yet very attentive to their clients and their safety during the dives. A special mention to Ayyoob who has been a great dive instructor for deep diving and night diving specialities.
