Great location, value for money, very comfortable, delicious choices of food.
The Hotel is located downtown but at the quiet place next to Kuala Lumpur (Menara) Tower. It takes 15-20 minutes walking on beautiful sidewalk to Petronas. Metro station is at 400 m.
The Hotel is very clean, new and comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite.
Very good breakfasts.
We had such a fantastic experience at the Grand Signature Hotel – I can’t recommend it enough!
The Food:
The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. There was an incredible variety – from a pancake and waffle station to fresh roti canai being made right in front of you. They also served a delicious selection of curries, rice, noodles, sausages, beans, and even had someone making eggs any way you like. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented.
On our last night, we decided to try dinner at the hotel restaurant – and we were blown away! We had grilled meat, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever had. We genuinely regretted not discovering it earlier in our stay.
The Staff:
The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Special thanks to the kind gentleman who managed the plates and seating area on the left-hand side of the breakfast hall – he was lovely and made mornings extra pleasant. The concierge team also went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay.
