Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel is pleasant, the food is really very good and varied, and above all, the sea is incredible: it's clearly one of the hotel's major strengths.
However, several things disappointed us. We didn't have access to all the pools for most of our stay, as some were closed (near the restaurant and at the spa). The one located at the restaurant only reopened two days before our departure, which meant we spent about 10 days without being able to use it. Also, the water level in the pools was very low, making swimming very difficult.
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the pools sometimes left something to be desired. The hotel's overall hygiene is also an area for improvement: the rooms, some common areas, and the gym were really lacking in cleanliness. In fact, several of the gym machines were not working.
In summary, the hotel has some real strengths, including the quality of the food and the beauty of the sea, but the maintenance, cleanliness and access to the various facilities clearly deserve improvement.

En revanche, plusieurs choses nous ont déçus. Nous n’avons pas eu accès à l’ensemble des piscines pendant la majeure partie du séjour, certaines étant fermées(près du restaurant et au spa). Celle située au niveau du restaurant n’a rouvert que deux jours avant notre départ, ce qui signifie que nous avons passé environ 10 jours sans pouvoir en profiter également le niveau de l’eau des piscines très bas donc très compliqué pour nager.
De plus, l’état de propreté des piscines laissait parfois à désirer. L’hygiène générale de l’hôtel est également un point à améliorer : les chambres, certains espaces communs ainsi que la salle de sport manquaient vraiment de propreté. Concernant la salle de sport, plusieurs machines n’étaient par ailleurs pas fonctionnelles.
Pour résumer, l’hôtel possède de vrais atouts, notamment la qualité de la nourriture et la beauté de la mer, mais l’entretien, la propreté et l’accès aux différentes installations mériteraient clairement d’être améliorés.
