From the moment we arrived to the time we checked out, we had a great experience. Especially the staff—they were always smiling and eager to help with everything. Anantara has a very good breakfast, so there’s no need to go outside for breakfast, even though there are some great places around Uluwatu. The view from their restaurants was amazing, and you can take great photos there! :)
When we first arrived, our room was not as private as we expected for accessing the pool with my wife. Even though I had double-checked the room on their Instagram, where it seemed private, it turned out not to be. I had also confirmed this detail with them before making the reservation. When we discussed this issue with the manager, Pica, he listened carefully and was very understanding of our situation. He helped us move to another room that was more private and had better facilities to make up for the issue.
I really appreciated how Pica handled the situation and addressed anything that could make guests unhappy. I sincerely want to thank Pica for making our stay at Anantara Hotel a memorable and enjoyable experience. It’s truly a great place to stay!
