The last 250 metres of the road to the villa is a stabilised (non-asphalt) road.
3000 TL cleaning fee is requested for stays under 7 nights.
5000 TL damage deposit is requested upon check-in to the villa.
All villas in and around Kalkan, which is a mountainous area geographically, are built on a slope. For this reason, the road to the villas is uphill.
The villa's entrance time is between 16:00 and 22:00. An extra €30 fee is charged for entries after 22:00.
The pool area of the villa is secluded and not visible from the outside. The villa owner is not responsible for any viewing of the pool area caused by third parties (eg flying over with a drone or a parachute, being seen from a plane etc.). Furthermore, it cannot be 100% guaranteed that every part of the villa’s garden is fully secluded. Only the pool and sunbathing areas are fully secluded.
