We were very comfortable throughout our 5-day holiday, the house had wonderful amenities and was fully equipped. We had actually planned a sea-focused holiday, but after seeing the house, we did not want to leave it. The host, Mr. Safter, was very attentive, kind, and hospitable. We were very pleased and recommend it to everyone, especially families with children.

A lovely family-run business; first of all, we would like to thank Safter and his wife for their hospitality. The villa's garden and pool are larger than similar properties.

Besides the pool, the garden is equipped with everything for children's enjoyment: foosball, table tennis, darts, bicycles, hammocks, and swings.

The materials inside the house are of high quality and attention to detail; we especially appreciated the abundance of kitchen equipment.

Garden and pool cleaning is done thoroughly every morning (in coordination with the villa residents).

Although the Kalkan region is generally on a mountain slope, the villa is located in Sarıbelen on a flat area, which provides extra comfort in terms of privacy. The area around the villa is full of similar villas and is very peaceful.

In short, our one-week experience was wonderful, we recommend it.

Güzel bir aile işletmesi öncelikle Safter ve eşine misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz. Villanın bahçe ve havuzu muadillerine göre daha büyük ,
bahçede havuz dışında çocuklara eğlenceli bir ortam için langırt-masa tenisi-dart-bisiklet-hamak-salıncak tüm detaylar düşünülmüş.
Evin içindeki malzemeler ince detaylara kadar düşünülmüş ve kaliteli olup özellikle mutfak ekipmanları fazla fazla olması hoşumuza gitti,
bahçe ve havuz temizliği her sabah (villa sakinleri ile kordineli şekilde) detaylı bir şekilde yapılmakta.
Kalkan bölgesi genel itibari ile dağ yamacında olmasına rağmen villanın bulunduğu Sarıbelen düzlük bir alanda buda villanın korunaklılık hususunda ekstra rahatlık sağlıyor, villanın etrafı benzer villlar ile dolu ve çok sakin bir ortam

We liked that there was a big pool just for our family. The place was clean when we arrived and there was many activities to do outside like pingpong, badminton and table footboll. It was quiet and very calm. It was relaxing for the whole family and the pool was really clean.

I would like to thank Mr. Safter and his wife very much. The villa is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful holiday. The whole family enjoyed everything. I can recommend it to everyone. Thank you Safter Villa.

The villa is very clean and superbly equipped. We loved everything about it. We felt completely at home. The perfect place to relax. The owner and his wife are very friendly and helpful.
