The view is really magnificent but you can see the roofs of the villas which are just 5 m below. The curtains are of no use and spoil the view! The swimming pool is good but without paddling pool and not suitable for young children or those who cannot swim. Good internet connection. The reception is good they put us a bottle of water. They are very responsive which is great.
The bedding is great!
The air conditioning is very good!!!La vue est vraiment magnifique mais on voit les toit des villas qui sont juste à 5 m en dessous. Les rideaux non pas d'utilité est gâche la vue! La piscine est bien mais sans patogoire et non adapté aux enfants en bas âges ou qui savent pas nager. Bonne connexion internet. L'accueil est bon ils nous ont mis une bombonne d'eau. Ils sont très réactifs ce qui est appréciable.
La literie est très bien !

Binnenzwembad was een must, wifi was ook heel goed.
Als je iets nodig had kon je terecht bij het personeel.

***The last 1 kilometre of the road to the villa consists of a narrow and narrow road.
For stays under 5 nights, a cleaning fee of 4000 TL is requested.
The heating system of the indoor pool in our villa is activated for 1500 TL per day if requested. The pool temperature reaches 27-30 degrees. Our guests are required to notify that they want pool heating 3 days in advance of their arrival.
A damage deposit of 3000 TL is requested at the entrance to the villa.
Pets are not accepted.
The entrance time to the villa is between 16:00 - 22:00. An extra €50 fee is charged for entries after 22:00.
In our region, which has a mountainous area in terms of its geographical structure, all our villas in and around Kalkan are built on the slope. For this reason, it is uphill on the way to our villas.
